About

Trashion Show is an event that celebrates creativity through redesigning and creating wearable art from materials destined for the landfill or recycling depots. Our inaugural event was in the spring of 2019, with over a hundred audience members and 18 artists.

To showcase wearable art in 2020, the Trashion Show is transitioning online as an online showcase of past and present participants. On September 19 we will launch an online Trashion Show Showcase of past and present Trashion Show Artists through the Two Rivers Gallery Facebook page. On September 26, at 7:30pm we will have a live Q & A with select Trashion Show participants.

This event showcases the ingenuity and creativity of Northern, BC artists, makers and creators. This event is not about judging the wearable art created, but a celebration of these creations.
