Receive a sketch book and pencils to explore journaling in sketches with Sarah McKen. Writing in a journal is a self-care process employed by many people, but some find it intimidating to put everything into words. Embracing sketching as a release and expression of manifesting goals puts a whole bunch of fun and relaxation into the process. Take a little bit of time to draw about your experiences and hopes. It can be still life, patterned zentangle, or representational of current life. Sketch journaling is a relaxed expression of personal growth.
