Railway Days 2026 is the Revelstoke Railway Museum's annual celebration of community, culture, and railway heritage, proudly presented as part of BC Culture Days. Join us for a fun-filled day of live music, family activities, local food vendors, community organizations, interactive crafts, lawn games, and historic railway experiences. Explore Canada's railway history, connect with local artists and performers, and discover the stories that helped shape Revelstoke and the Columbia Basin. With activities taking place both indoors and outdoors, Railway Days offers something for all ages while celebrating the creativity, heritage, and community spirit that make Revelstoke unique. As the museum's largest annual fundraiser, your participation also helps preserve and share our region's railway history for future generations.

The Revelstoke Railway Museum is operated by the Revelstoke Heritage Railway Society, a registered charitable organization dedicated to preserving, sharing, and inspiring appreciation for Canada's railway heritage, with a particular focus on the history of the Canadian Pacific Railway and Revelstoke's pivotal role in the development of the nation.
Through engaging exhibits, educational programming, community events, guided tours, school programs, and stewardship of an extensive archival collection, the Museum welcomes more than 40,000 visitors each year. We work year-round to preserve railway artefacts and stories, provide meaningful learning experiences for visitors of all ages, and create opportunities for our community to connect with its shared heritage.
Railway Days reflects our ongoing commitment to making history accessible, engaging, and relevant. By bringing together local artists, musicians, community organizations, businesses, and families, the event celebrates not only our railway heritage but also the vibrant culture and community spirit that continue to shape Revelstoke today.
