Hey all you ghosts and goblins.
October is the perfect month to go an an adventurous Family Story Walk. Starting on October 1, pick up a map at any participating business then off you go to figure out the special code.
Pages to the story will be displayed in the windows of the participating businesses. Be sure to do the actions when you read the pages.
Once you have completed the walk, record your answer on the map then enter our draw to win a prize basket.

Hornepayne EarlyON Centre, Bev's Bucks, Cindy's This and That, G&L Variety, Northern Credit Union, Home Hardware Store, Hornepayne Public LIbrary and McKinnon's Freshmart.

Hornepayne Early ON Child and Family Centre
The Hornepayne EarlyON Child and Family Centre is a free family resource centre for children and their families to meet and learn.
We provide a variety of free drop-in services to families. Children and parents have the opportunity to participate in early learning activities based on the Early Learning Framework and emergent curriculum that follow Ministry of Education guidelines. Families can participate in programs such as circle time, creative activities and literacy programs in addition to exploring the 'wonderful world of play'. We also offer an abundance of resources and information pertaining to parenting, school readiness programs, literacy programs for parents and children, linkages and referrals to children's services, and a Triple P facilitator on site. We definitely offer a place for children and families to meet, learn and have fun!
