Willow Arts Community Presents the Songs from the Willow

Music was created during Willow Arts Community Programs.

Willow Arts Community is dropping their second album of original music. Since 2019, our musicians have been collaborating during the Songs from the Willow workshop series, led by Joe Lapinski and Shauna MacLeod. Come and celebrate a showcase of the album, ranging from hip hop to folk. The full album will be available on all streaming platforms. This program is partially funded by the Ontario Arts Council. Stage and equipment sponsored by Niagara Artists Centre.

NOTE: Due to changing concerns regarding COVID; in-person activities may be moved to online delivery or cancelled at any time. Please check for updates on our website: www.stcatharines.ca/culturedays.

FOR ALL IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES:

- Masks required for ages 6+ (indoors or outdoors)

- social distancing, one family group per table, adult companion must supervise children

- hand sanitizing & enhanced cleaning procedures

- screening protocols, please stay home if ill

Willow Arts Community is an arts + peer support organization dedicated to reducing barriers and providing opportunities for adult artists and creatives living with mental illness/substance use disorder in Niagara.

They use the arts as an agent of social change by connecting and engaging with the public through exhibitions, publications, and performances to lessen the effects of stigma and social isolation.
