Join Art With A Heart Inc to look inward, practice gratitude and mindfulness in this virtual workshop. Expressive Arts Therapist and Therapy students as well as experienced facilitators will lead participants through a mindful art making project that fosters self appreciation, self confidence and a positive self-image!

We are dedicated to using the arts to assist and empower people of various situations of need by building community through art. Through our many programs and projects, we strive to recognize the uniqueness of the individual while focusing on creativity, connection, confidence and resilience. We encourage participants of all ages to explore and grow. We aspire to challenge, encourage and equip these individuals to join in and build community.
