About

From the Kernel to the Kitchen: revolutionizing health with whole grains and fresh-milled flours.

Join Sarah Strautman from Living Sky Farms and discover the journey of whole grains: from the rich soil of local fields to your family's table, uncover the untold benefits of incorporating these nutrient-dense whole grains into your daily diet. Learn about the traditional practices of grain milling, how modern techniques impact nutritional integrity, and the undeniable difference these practices have on holistic health. Through personal stories, scientific insights, and practical baking tips, you'll be inspired to embrace the wholesome goodness of grains in a way that nurtures your body, supports local farmers, and brings a new level of flavor and nutrition to your kitchen.
