About

On national Cinnamon Bun Day The Grove will be hosting a program to make cinnamon buns and teach the youth cooking skills in the kitchen. As a team we will touch on the importance of coming together by looking at the history surrounding the cinnamon bun. After the Second World War cinnamon buns became really popular in Swedish homes. Always the 4th of October. Cinnamon Bun Day was started as a yearly celebration in 1999 by the Hembakningsrådet (the Home Baking Council), to mark the council's 40th anniversary.
