About

Along the River During the Qingming Festival scroll was originally created by Zhang Zeduan (1085–1145) in approximately 1105 AD. The Qingming Festival scroll painting is arguably the most widely appreciated Chinese painting in the world. The Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre holds a high quality reproduction of the painting. Curated by Tony Wong, the exhibition will be on display September 18, 19, 25 and 26, in the Orrin & Clara Christie Might Hall.
