About
Five 60 min. Piano Concert/Lecture sessions between 2pm and 7pm, where subscribers can chose to attend one, two or all the sessions to enjoy beautiful piano music and know about different styles, musical genres and remarkable composers from different periods of history from Canada and Mexico
On each concert the audience will be encouraged to compare the music from both countries identifying similarities and differences on the music written in the same period of history from both countries.
This is a great opportunity to discover national composers, their legacy, history and important contribution to Canadian culture as well as amazing coincidences within Canadian and Mexican composers.
It is a fact that the Mexican concert pianist and organizer, Luis Gerardo Molina, BMus Hon and M. Mus, resident in St Catharines ON is deeply interested to share with our community through 60 min-sessions of didactic piano music performances and explanations, intercalating between each exposed composer any verbal question or comment from the audience through an open mic.
Moreover, attendants will be encouraged to fill feedback forms and will be provided with hand programs summarizing information shared during the session.
