Designed by Winnipeg-based artist Melanee Tessler, Please See Me is a powerful projection-based light installation that focuses on mental health. We often allow others to view the image that we wish to project while our internal experiences live in the shadows. Please See Me shines a light on this topic while bringing forth the question: Do you really see those around you? Do you truly see yourself?

Melanee Tessler is an emerging digital media designer from Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a background in psychology, she has an interest in exploring mental health themes through her artwork. Melanee recently graduated from Red River College Polytechnic with an honours certificate in Digital Media Design and will be further pursuing a diploma in Video and Motion Graphics in the fall.
