About

David Tye and Susan Corcoran opened up Stone Bridge Farm Sweet and Saucy Co. three years ago, but David comes from a seventh generation farm with a family that ran a market business for years.

They have a love of anything local and source out local ingredients for their products whenever possible. Their customers relish the gourmet jams, jellies sauces and baked goods they make and the inspiration they need to try out new products.

Susan and David are proud producers of Beer Belly Jelly, a jelly for your cheese and cracker tray or charcuterie board.

Come sample their local flavours at their booth during the tour.
