About
Come and enjoy a traditional Latin Cacao Ceremony! This event will include presentation about the history, usage, and how to prepare the cacao drink. Everyone will have the opportunity to try the drink. There will be a guided meditation with live harmonization and some time to decompress and share thoughts and feelings. Please bring a yoga matt or blanket to sit or lay on and wear comfortable clothing.
