About

Join Briar Culbert, a Yoga and Meditation teacher, as she leads you on a purposeful, 45-minute outdoor walk around the southwest neighbourhood of Oakville. The walk will focus on breathing exercises, dynamic and fluid movements and active meditation. Afterwards, drop by the Woodside Branch for information on Oakville Public Library's health and wellness resources, all available for free with an OPL card. Please wear comfortable attire for the outdoor walk.
