Join the City of Thunder Bay this Culture Days | Fête de la culture for a FREE Re-Wilding for Wellness Forest Therapy Walk in Centennial Park, presented by Seek Adventure and Tours!

Your guide will take you on a meditative walk through one of the City's many beautiful parks and you will immerse yourself in the living forest through a series of sensory-based invitations designed to help you re-connect.

Location: Centennial Park, meet by the bridge off the main parking lot, accessed from Arundel Street.

Age: 12+ years

Distance: less than 2km, however may include steep/uneven terrain at times.
