About

What do you get when you combine 25+ ukuleles playing multipart music from different styles and genres? Some wonderful sounds and a lot of fun. Join us for this open practice to enjoy some beautiful music; to sing-along; craft percussion instruments to play along; and have an opportunity to try your hand at playing a ukulele. All are welcome to this intergenerational activity. Registration is required.

Steveston Community Centre 55+ programs and The Ukulele Ensemble of Steveston BC

The Ukulele Ensemble of Steveston BC led by Donna Wilson was founded by her in early 2019 and is dedicated to learning and playing multipart music of different styles and genres. Membership is open to adults ages 55+ who are experienced/confident beginners to more advanced players. The Ensemble meets weekly at the Steveston Community Centre in the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre.
