The Dynasty Watercolour Association (DWA) is a visual arts organization in Greater Toronto. Established in 2009, its mandate is to provide an opportunity and supportive environment for artists working with water based media. Ben Lee, President, is the 2020 Richmond Hill Culture Builder Award Winner.
