New Moon Energy Cleanse
with Christine Ford, InSpirit Centre

In this session, we will be incorporating breathwork and intention setting to connect in with the New Moon energy. We will enjoy a grounding exercise and a wonderful energy cleanse with bells or a singing bowl.
