About

Explore different genres of banned and challenged books. We'll have tables set up with stacks of books for you to puruse. Find out why they were deemed inappropriate. Each table will have a different category e.g. picture books, graphic novels, classic literature, LGBTQ+. Make a Reading List. Sign some books out with your library card.

Allyson Wronowski and Shayne Macgranachan, a couple of our favorite English teachers, will speak about the importance of the freedom to read.

This is a registered program.
