MOKSHA: Yoga/ Meditation

MOKSHA Meditation/Yoga Workshop

Moksha means liberation and self-realization. Originating from Sanskrit, it signifies "freedom" or "release." This workshop harmonizes mind, body, and spirit through mantra chanting, Surya Namaskar, and meditation.

In practical terms, Moksha means freedom from thoughts, suffering, bondage, and stress, leading to peace and well-being. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their inner selves, achieve physical well-being, and cultivate mental clarity and emotional stability.

The journey towards Moksha involves:

• Liberation from Thoughts: Quieting the mind and reducing stress.

• Freedom from Suffering: Building resilience and inner strength.

• Release from Bondage: Breaking free from limiting beliefs.

• Stress Relief: Promoting relaxation and enhancing health.

Moksha also means freedom from the cycle of rebirth, achieving eternal bliss. Paths to Moksha include knowledge (Jnana), devotion (Bhakti), meditation (Dhyana), and righteous action (Karma). This workshop provides practical tools for holistic health, enabling sustained growth. Participants will transcend dualities and realize the non-dual nature of reality, uniting the individual and universal self.
