About
Come and Tie One On! Kids and families are invited to try their hand at knot tying at our interactive display. Participants will be introduced to a variety of practical and decorative knots, with step-by-step instructions and rope available to practice on-site. A highlight of the exhibit is a vintage wooden training panel, once used by the Galt Fire Department to teach essential knots to rookie firefighters. This hands-on activity is a unique hands-on way to explore a skill that's both practical and a little bit magical.
