Organizer
Folk Society of Whitehorse
The Folk Society of Whitehorse is a local artist-run non-profit organization that provides a platform for emerging and established musicians to perform, primarily through a monthly coffeehouse event held from October to April. It is an all-ages event where performers can share music, poetry, or other talents in a welcoming environment, with drinks and treats available. The society has been hosting these events for over 25 years, fostering a community for musicians and music lovers in Whitehorse, Yukon.
