SaskMusic is pleased to present a series of FREE music workshops as part of Culture Days in Saskatchewan. These workshops are intended to give an overview and introduction of different aspects of being a music artist with tips, tricks, and best practices for developing your music career. Whether you are just starting out in your musical journey or an experienced artist, these workshops will have something for you!

No pressure, no judgment—just a supportive space to explore, experiment, and unlock the power of your voice. Whether you’ve always wanted to sing or just love the idea of giving it a try, this seminar will help you start strong and sing with joy!

LA RODDICK is a versatile vocalist and dedicated music educator with over 30 years of performance and 25 years of teaching experience. Trained in Bel Canto and Jazz Studies at Humber College, she blends classical technique with contemporary style. Laura has performed across genres—from jazz to pop and rock—on stages big and small, captivating audiences with her expressive voice and dynamic presence. As a teacher, she has guided students of all ages in Toronto and Regina, inspiring them to master fundamentals while finding their unique musical voices. Passionate about both performing and teaching, Laura brings joy and artistry to every stage and classroom.
