Mindful Ball: Tai Chi for the Body, Mindfulness for the Heart
As we move from stillness into gentle motion, we invite you to experience the Mindful Ball practice—a simple yet powerful way to care for both body and mind. Just as Tai Chi brings balance to the body, mindfulness brings clarity to the heart. The Mindful Ball practice offers a natural, side-effect-free form of movement. As the ball turns, it helps reset and realign the body, guiding it back to its original state of ease. At the same time, the mind learns to focus—gently resting attention on the movement. From this concentration arises awareness, and from awareness, inner awakening. Let your body move in harmony, and let your mind return to presence.
Ba Duan Jin: Mindful Movement in Eight Forms
We practice Ba Duan Jin not merely as a form of physical exercise, but also as a way of cultivating mindfulness. It can be seen as a form of moving meditation. At the heart of meditation are three key aspects: aligning the body, regulating the breath, and steadying the mind. Practicing Ba Duan Jin with mindfulness requires attention to all three. When body, breath, and mind come into harmony, the benefits are twofold — enhancing both physical vitality and inner stillness.
Mindful Tea: Drinking with Presence, Returning to the True Mind
Tea is more than a beverage—it is a practice of presence. In the Mindful Tea Ceremony, we bring awareness into each step: the aroma, the warmth, the act of holding and sipping. Rather than judging, comparing, or rushing, we simply drink—fully present, moment by moment. In this stillness, the mind quiets. In this simplicity, awareness arises. It is not about the type of tea or the setting, but about the spirit we bring to the cup. When tea is just tea, the mind returns to its original clarity.
Ancient Chinese Medicine Meridian An-Dao-Acupressure
A holistic method in traditional Chinese medicine. It works by “An”- pressing acupoints along the meridians to regulate Qi and blood; and “Dao”- guiding emotions and thoughts to adjust one’s mental state. By learning this method, individuals can self-regulate various sub-health issues such as shoulder and neck problems, sleep disorders, leg and foot issues, hypertension, heart problems, and more. No prior knowledge is needed – learn and apply it on site!
