Directions: By TTC From Kipling Subway Station, board the West Mall 112 bus. Disembark at the intersection of West Mall Crescent and Dundas Street West. Enjoy a leisurely stroll north to Neilson Park Creative Centre’s parking lot entrance where you will see our building at the edge of Neilson Park. By Car Neilson Park Creative Centre is 0.5 kilometers south of Bloor Street West and Neilson Drive, west of The West Mall and Bloor.

Join us for a day full of art, culture and free immersive experiences for all ages at Neilson Park Creative Centre. We invite our beloved community to participate in Fusion Dance, Kite Flying in the Park and a Special Guest Artist Session hosted by the Ontario Society of Artists.

• Dance Fusion11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Instructor: Melanie Bailey from Lionex Fitness

Join Melanie for an exciting morning full of rhythm! Participants will explore how music can inspire our movements, express our thoughts and overall heal our souls. This fusion class consists of a variety of dance styles and music.

• Kite Flying at the Park

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

During Culture Days, Neilson Park Creative Centre will transform the sky into a mobile canvas!

This event is the final component of “Mobile In the Sky”, a City of Toronto Arts & Culture SPARK Project community project offered to the public.

• Guest Artist Session

3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Ontario Society of Artists (OSA), as part of the upcoming 2021 Members' Exhibition of Selected Works at NPCC, will offer a "Special Guest Artists Session" featuring selected participants to talk about their artworks in the exhibition. This is a free event.
