About
Resilient Warriors
In this hands-on activity, participants will create their very own 3D paper warrior character as a fun way to explore resilience and self-discovery. Each warrior carries a shield and on that shield, you’ll write or draw a personal strength, coping skill, or something you value about yourself.
This creative process encourages reflection on mental health, self-esteem, and inner resilience, while also celebrating the unique strengths that help us face challenges. By the end, each participant will have a visual reminder of their personal power and creativity.
