About
Join Pearl for PLAY, a weekly creative exploration session that's all about embracing experimentation and connecting with your inner artist. This self-guided class offers a space to loosen up, play with materials, and discover new creative possibilities in a relaxed and supportive environment.
What to expect: You'll have access to a variety of art supplies including acrylic paint, watercolour, pencils, charcoal, coloured pencils, and chalk pastels to use on papers or canvas. Whether you prefer abstract mark-making or detailed realism, this class encourages you to explore and experiment at your own pace. PLAY is completely self-guided, but an instructor will be around to answer any questions, offer guidance, and talk about your work with you. Remember, it's all about the process, not the result!
Whether you have some experience or it's your first time exploring these materials, all are welcome!
What to bring: We provide an array of art supplies, but feel free to bring supplies you want from home. We suggest bringing an apron or wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty! We supply water/coffee/tea, but you can bring any other non alcoholic beverage you might want!

PLEASE NOTE Pearl does not have access to internet service– we think it makes for a more creative atmosphere – you can step out of the studio if you’d like to access the internet to look something up!
