About

Orillia & District Arts Council and the City of Orillia have partnered for an exclusive Spoken Word presentation (with workshops) by Randell Adjei, 2021 Poet Laureate, to local Grade 10 students Many youth in our community struggle with mental health and teenage angst. ODAC has been working closely with Melissa Heikamp, English teacher at Orillia Secondary School, to be the host venue. Adjei will provide hands-on mentorship and inspiration for students to develop as writers.
