Inverso Productions
Inverso Productions, directed by Lesley Telford, creates, performs and produces dance-based work with an interdisciplinary lens. Inverso is committed to find new collaborative models, centering diverse artists in our creative endeavours. Our projects explore dance in collaboration with text-based art and scientific theory, as well as the visual arts, theatre, film and music. Inverso also has a long history sharing professional development opportunities with emerging dance artists to develop and prototype creative methods and interdisciplinary approaches. Inverso is dedicated to creating accessible innovative performances and sharing our practice through workshops for the community. We view the creation and presentation process as an opportunity for dialogue. Dance is a means to connect with our community by illuminating our shared humanity. We are developing projects to make Inverso’s processes accessible, through small live performance, workshops, conversational research modalities and relevant platforms.
