Toast N Coffee on CJTR 91.3fm Radio is a program which has been aired for over twenty years whose name denotes that it is a tribute to the altruistic people and organizations in Saskatchewan but particularly Regina based which contribute to enhancing the lives of others through their volunteer efforts.

The coffee is symbolic of the relaxed discussion had between the host and programmer, Jeanne Alexander, and her guests. Guests are provided with the opportunity to describe their organizations, their mandates, and any announcements they wish to disseminate usually in a 25-minute slot of time.

CJTR 91.3 fm is a non profit organization which relies on its membership base and fundraising to remain viable91.3 fm is touted as Regina Community Radio and was begun by a group of people who wanted an alternative to mainstream broadcasting. The station is on the air 24 hours a day seven days a week. Hosts and programmers are all volunteers. It has an eclectic offering of spoken word and various types and eras of musical programs.
