About

Information session held by Food For Life, patrons will learn about the incredible work they do in the community to rescue perishable foods and provide neighbours in Halton Region, who are experiencing food insecurity, access to fresh, nutritious foods. Patrons will also learn about how they can get involved either through volunteering or by donating freshly grown fruits and vegetables from their own garden.

We have proudly served our community for more than a century. The Georgetown Public Library was founded in 1895. Three years later, the Acton Public Library opened its doors. The two libraries operated separately until 1974 when they merged and became the Halton Hills Public Library
