It is a hands-on, fun activity for promoting cultural diversity in Ontario by "reading" about food, the symbols and the meanings.
Viewers can learn to appreciate the art, the presentation, and the ideology of ways of doing things by people from diverse cultures.

Professor and educator of language and culture, with specialization on cultural studies linking Canada to Japan and China; I established the Asian Studies program at the University of Ottawa, and I am a faculty member in establishing World Cultures and Literatures program.
