About

Our cultural cooking exchange will include a cooking demonstration and tasting of traditional Indigenous recipes along with a popular dish from India. The two cooks, one from CFN and one from Miskanawak, will also talk about how they learned to make the dishes and their significance in their respective cultures. By doing so, they will share with a wide audience their cultures’ values and worldview and how this knowledge is transferred from generation to generation.
