About
Celebrate Mexican food by learning how to prepare homemade tortillas and what makes them so special. Then explore how to prepare Pico de Gallo, a fresh Mexican salsa perfect for any snack moment.
This is an in person program. Please, do not attend if you are not feeling well.
Participants are asked to bring:
Roller or Pan to flatten tortillas
Kitchen towels (2)
Optional-lemon juicer/squeezer
Presenter Information: Claudia Castro is a Mexican taco lover that had to learn how to make her own tortillas and her own favourite Mexican dishes after her moving to Canada. Living in Regina for the last 4 years, she uses every possible opportunity to share her Mexican roots.
