In this fun workshop, you will be introduced to the Creative Journal Method. It is an Expressive Arts tool, where you will be led through a couple of exercises using both hands to make pictures and do some writing/printing to explore a topic. No artistic experience is necessary! Come and experience a creative tool that you can apply to many aspects of your life and learn more about yourself and your potential with artist Carolyn Skelly.
Supplies required: Please have markers and paper ready for the workshop
