Drop in for an open studio session with Indigenous artist Lucia Laford from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, where you can engage in artmaking in a welcoming, hands-on environment.
At 5:30 PM, stay for a presentation by Lucia Laford titled "๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป & ๐๐ฟ๐". She will explore how Indigenous art serves as a powerful tool for truth and reconciliation, highlighting the significance of both historical and contemporary Indigenous artists in shaping understanding and dialogue across Canada.
