Plant painting with Shinaid McGillivray

60 cheers for 60 years! Explore your inner naturalist by painting using a bouquet of local plants from the Gallery’s surrounding land. The Wolastoq River nourishes the land all around us. Discover the plants and create paintings with your plant-brush!

Postcard Paintings with Brittany Schuler

Create your masterpiece inspired by the collection! Use the gilded postcards to paint in the style of Krieghoff, Turner, or Dali!

12:00 - 5:00 pm Jean E. Irving River Gallery Create shadow puppets inspired by characters in the art works! Use papers and stickers to assemble your puppet on a stick and create your own story to perform.
