Join the UAlberta Museums for Alberta Culture Days and hear Inuk creative writer Norma Dunning read and talk about the writing process of her awarding winning 2017 book, "Annie Muktuk and Other Stories". Afterwards, visit the UAlberta Museums exhibition "Shifting Geographies ᐊᓯᔾᔨᕐᓂᖏᑦ ᓄᓇᖏᑦ: Inuit Art from the University of Alberta Art Collection".

About the Author: Dr. Norma Dunning is an Inuk creative writer, scholar and researcher. She is the author of "Annie Muktuk and Other Stories" which was awarded the Danuta Gleed Award, the Howard O'Hagan Award and a bronze standing on Foreward Reviews. Her first collection of poetry, "Eskimo Pie: A Poetics of Inuit Identity" is scheduled to release October, 2019.
