About

The Richmond Advocacy and Support Committee will tickle your funny bone, perhaps bring you to tears, and then warm your heart again, as they showcase artworks, and perform a variety of skits, songs, spoken word and poetry from 12 to 2 p.m. Due to COVID-19, we decided to not to host our in-person event as planned, but we will still come to you live from the Richmond Caring Place on our new RASC Project YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9pCcRdBUcHkGYcvIzB7Ozw.

We hope you'll tune in and join us! For more information contact Jessica at [email protected].

Organizer

Richmond Advocacy & Support Committee

The Richmond Advocacy and Support Committee (RASC) is a network of Richmond residents who have direct experience living on a low income and want to take part in creating change. Working alongside the Richmond Poverty Response Committee, members learn how to utilize the arts to share their stories in powerful and creative ways, while gaining an opportunity to speak out about real solutions for a better life.
