Join us in the Mary Irwin Theatre at the Rotary Centre for the Arts, or online via livestream here: https://www.facebook.com/kelownaculturedays/live/ The program will be opened with a Territorial Welcome and an official announcement of a Proclamation of Culture Days by Mayor Basran. MC for the evening, Rawle James, will share spoken word poetry and lead us into an interdisciplinary collective creation performance. The performance will weave together movement, sound, visual art, and storytelling to offer a contemporary perspective of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) artists.
