Art can heal: there is creativity in all of us. By actively engaging in art, we can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety and depression. "Creative Reflection" is an art display from individuals or family members with lived experience with mental health and co-existing conditions. Stop in, enjoy the art, share stories and help reduce the stigma associated with talking about mental illness and suicide. One day only display!

Dauphin Culture Days is put on each year by the creative folks at the Watson Art Centre, the Dauphin Public Library, the Dauphin Art Group, Countryfest Community Cinema, and just about any other creative person or group we can cajole into playing along with us. We know that creativity is at the heart of humans of all ages and our goal is to get our town to create, participate, and share.
