Directions: The Historic Stewart Farmhouse is located within Elgin Heritage Park and adjacent to Ward's Marina, directly off of Crescent Road. The site is not easily accessible by transit. There is a small parking lot at the farm and a large overflow lot 400m West down Crescent Road. It is a 5 minute walk to the farm through th nature trail from the overflow lot.

About

Drop-in for a guided tour of Historic Stewart Farm, a one-of-a-kind venue located within Elgin Heritage Park, along the Nicomekl River. Protected by heritage designation, the site consists of eight heritage buildings, including the 1894 Farmhouse.

Costumed guides will lead a tour of the Farmhouse, garden and out-buildings, including the 1900s Pole Barn. Tours accommodate a maximum of 12 people due to space limitations in the Farmhouse. If a tour is full, visitors are welcome to explore the buildings and grounds on their own.
