Workshop: Finding Beauty Every Day
Our world is often less than beautiful. Give yourself the gift of a few hours of journaling, meditation, stillness, and gentle movement to remind you how to find extraordinary beauty in the ordinary day-to-day of life.
Join poet and writer Lynn Gale for an afternoon to spark creativity through prompts and guided meditation and movement. Find the words to express the beauty you see each and every day.
No experience required. Come as you are.
Bio:
Lynn Gale is a published poet and writer living in Spruce Grove. She has been many things in her life and currently shares her passion for words and community connection through yoga and poetry.
