In a developing reflection of her mothers suicide 10 years ago, Devyna guides us through a performance art experience.

Using sculpture, storytelling and movement, she honours her mothers Love of her dancing, and her Love of her mother, to explore the energy it takes to create.

Maintaining a delicate balance between rage and compassion, sadness and hope, she invites you to balance in that place with her.

Sound and Light: Sol Jasiakiewicz is a recent graduate from Mid Ocean School of Media Arts pursuing his vocation in music production and sound design for film.

About the performer: Devyna has 19 years of performing and teaching experience. She has trained with the School of Contemporary Dancers, The Royal Winnipeg Ballet and Toronto Metropolitan University's Theatre Program in Toronto. She has pursued therapeutic approaches to movement through Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness and is a dedicated student to healing through art.
