When: Saturday, September 28, 10 to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

• Visiting Museums can be a positive experience that helps to improve your overall wellbeing.

• Calming experiences help you relax and provide distractions from everyday stress.

• Join us as we connect with others through jigsaw puzzles, positive affirmation crafts and reflect about the past by exploring the Newmarket Industrial Home.

• Make your own Positive Affirmation Crafts including: Positive Talk Flower, Bookmarks, Scrapbooking and Thinking Rocks. Pre-register for the crafts at [email protected] or call 905-953-5314

• Share a Message of Hope to display in our Hall of Hope at the Museum. Enjoy a free coffee, tea, cold beverages and cookies during your visit.

Free admission, all ages welcome (parent/guardian supervision).
