About
Every culture tells a story. This afternoon event will feature a diverse combination of multicultural dance representing a wide range of Coast community dancers from different ethnic backgrounds. Come and experience the colourful costumes, the vibrant music, the dancing, and hear their stories. Entertaining for all ages! Presented by the Sechelt Arts Festival and hosted at the Sechelt Seniors Centre, 2-4pm on Saturday October 9, 2021. Entry by donation, with proceeds to the Sunshine Coast Dance Society in support of their student dance scholarship program.

Since 2003, the District of Sechelt has presented the Sechelt Arts Festival; a vibrant and engaging community arts and cultural event on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. Each year in October, Sechelt comes alive with over 100 performers & artists participating in the annual curated VISUAL ART show, HERITAGE exhibits, WORKSHOPS, and a variety of PERFORMANCE events.
