About

The Beasting

Presented by the City of Kitchener

This exquisite-corpse blind collaboration challenges artists to create a head, shoulder, pelvis or feet artwork using limited time & materials, then monster mashes up the amazing results. The Beasting’s LUMEN site features a large projected timelapse loop of 12 full beast combos being created by 48 different artists, plus a chance to spin the project’s signature display, The Beastagon.

Artist Bio:

The Beasting is produced by the City of Kitchener at 44 Gaukel Creative Workspace in downtown Kitchener in partnership with My Pet Skeleton. Projections provided by Aligned Vision Group.
