About
Nestled into a pocket of the Grand River in Brantford, the Holmedale Neighbourhood boasts a unique location. The river borders Holmedale on 3 sides, providing access to nature with beautiful river vistas, forests and trails.
There is a certain energy in this area that has attracted myriad creative thinkers. The Holmedale Art Crawl this year includes 40 makers at 27 separate locations. On October 3 from 10am til 5pm, you can grab a map and a companion and explore our neighbourhood, visit each artisan and see what we’ve been up to, have a chat and maybe purchase something that strikes your fancy.
The artisans participating in the Crawl are photographers, print makers, illustrators and potters. They are makers of jewelry and soaps; makers of wearables and collectibles and carvers of wood. They embroider, make tapestry, they sew and they paint.
Most locations will be outdoors. All provincial COVID protocols will be followed.
