Join us for our outdoor yoga classes, where you'll experience a blend of invigorating and soothing postures rooted in the ancient and sacred practice of yoga. These time-honored techniques will leave you feeling rejuvenated and open. We practice on the grass, so like life: its bumpy, uneven and can be challenging, but it's also fun! Practicing in nature is a liberating, playful and connecting experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to casually engage with fellow locals who prioritize health and well-being. Come and share the uplifting energy of our practice in this welcoming open-air group! No registration necessary -just drop in to Bissell Park near the KIPP pizza oven. Bring you own mat.

We believe yoga is for everyone, offering creative and intentionally sequenced classes that cater to all levels and body types, with modifications to ensure your practice suits your needs. Our friendly and supportive instructors will help guide you on your yoga journey, whether it's your first class or you're an experienced practitioner. You will be encouraged to unwind and enjoy your practice, playing within your limits.
