Roedde House Museum
The Roedde House Museum is the city’s only heritage house museum, and introduces you to the life of an immigrant family in Vancouver at the turn of the twentieth century. Designed by the famed Francis Rattenbury in 1893 (Provincial Legislature Buildings, Empress Hotel, original Vancouver Courthouse) who was a close friend of the Roedde family, this fully-restored Victorian home operates year round, allowing guests to come and discover the original architecture and artefacts dating back to the late 1800’s.
